BPH often presents with both voiding symptoms (abnormal stream, straining, hesitancy, dribbling) and storage symptoms (frequency, urgency, nocturia, and incontinence). Isolated storage symptoms — in the absence of voiding symptoms — aren’t typically BPH-related.
