Last year, we reported on the reclassification of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas (PCBCLs) under the new WHO-EORTC system. A French group now reports the results of a retrospective, multicenter study of the clinicopathologic features and prognostic factors of one PCBCL subtype — the primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCBCL-LT), an entity that was newly defined by the reclassification and had not been well studied.
