T-cell neoplasms that do not fit the diagnostic criteria for the other defined groups in the WHO-EORTC classification system are classified as unspecified primary cutaneous peripheral T-cell lymphomas. Three provisional entities make up this category: primary cutaneous small/medium CD4+ T-cell lymphoma (PCSM-TCL), primary cutaneous aggressive epidermotropic CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma, and cutaneous gamma/delta T-cell lymphoma.
