A correction to a summary published on November 4, 2008
In the second sentence of the comment in “Natural History of Xeroderma Pigmentosum Neurologic Disease,” we inadvertently described xeroderma pigmentosum C as involving defective transcription-coupled NER; in fact, it involves only defective global genome NER. The sentence should have read, “Both are defective in XP-A and XP-G; only global genome NER is defective in the generally less-severe XP-C.” We apologize for the error.
