Primary testicular diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is rare and usually presents with stage IE or IIE disease but with a high propensity for relapse in the central nervous system (CNS) and other extranodal sites, including the contralateral testis. Now, researchers have conducted a multicenter phase II trial to investigate the effect of a combination treatment on progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with untreated stage I or II primary testicular DLBCL.
