Improvements in cancer treatments have increased the number of premenopausal cancer survivors, but few published data address contraceptive needs in this population. In a cross-sectional study, investigators analyzed survey responses of 107 reproductive-age women (range, 18–45) with cancer diagnoses during the previous 5 years. Participants had received care from a breast cancer specialist, a general oncologist, or a fertility preservation specialist.
