Focused Update on Primary PCI for STEMI

Multivessel percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) at the time of primary PCI or as a staged procedure is now recommended for ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI); manual aspiration thrombectomy is no longer recommended.
