Recent guidelines recommend radiofrequency ablation (RFA) as the primary treatment for Barrett esophagus (BE) with high-grade dysplasia and the preferred treatment for BE with low-grade dysplasia (LGD; Am J Gastroenterol 2016; 111:30).
