Maintenance Lenalidomide for Multiple Myeloma

In a three-arm, randomized, phase III trial (abstract LBA-1), Stadtmauer and colleagues administered maintenance lenalidomide to previously untreated myeloma patients who underwent induction therapy followed by: 1) single autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT) and consolidation with four cycles of lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone; 2) tandem ASCT; or 3) single ASCT.
