This study was done to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Narcolepsy Severity Scale (NSS), a novel scale of severity, frequency, and outcomes on several crucial symptoms of narcolepsy. One of the study's aims was to examine whether the NSS could discriminate symptoms of narcolepsy patients undergoing treatment compared with those of patients not receiving drug treatment.
