Despite the high prevalence of genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) among women with or at high risk for breast cancer, information is sparse regarding treatment to improve quality of life and sexual satisfaction. These consensus recommendations were developed by a panel of experts in menopause, sexual health, and oncology.
