On behalf of the editors of NEJM Journal Watch Psychiatry, I am pleased to present the Psychiatry Top Stories of 2018.
The selection of the 10 best stories is always difficult for our editorial board, and this year is no exception. As editors, we have increasingly prioritized clinically relevant studies, especially those involving treatment, and in 2018, all 10 of our top stories are treatment focused.
