The evaluation of pancreatic cysts via endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) remains common. Several years ago, researchers introduced miniature endoscopic forceps that are small enough to pass through an EUS fine-needle aspiration (FNA) device and directly take biopsy samples of the cyst wall, but there are relatively few data published on outcomes of their use.
