This week's coverage of COVID-19 research includes preliminary findings from the first randomized trial of remdesivir in hospitalized patients with the infection, viral load dynamics, some reassurance about infected patients taking renin-angiotensin system inhibitors, evidence on Kawasaki disease in children with COVID-19, stroke in infected adults, and a comparison of PCR tests and testing conditions.
