Adjuvant chemotherapy improves survival after surgery for pancreatic cancer, and postoperative FOLFIRINOX is the standard of care. However, there is increasing interest in delivering chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy before surgery in this setting to improve rates of resection and survival.
