The amyloid-tau-neurodegeneration (ATN) biomarker classification scheme has been used to determine risk for Alzheimer disease (AD). Now, researchers have used this scheme to assess clinical progression from subjective cognitive decline (SCD) to mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or dementia in 693 Dutch participants (mean age, 60; 41% women; mean baseline Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score, 28).
