As the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic continues to spread globally, the impact of COVID-19 on pregnancy must be fully characterized. Investigators studied clinical characteristics and birth outcomes among 241 women with third-trimester, laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection who delivered in New York City from March 13 through April 14, 2020 (median age, 32; 44% Hispanic, 30% non-Hispanic white, 11% non-Hispanic Black, 15% other).
