The Lancet Commission provided a comprehensive report in 2017 on dementia prevention, intervention, and care (NEJM JW Neurol Oct 2017 and Lancet 2017; 390:2673) and reconvened recently to present updated evidence to prevent, diagnose, and manage dementia.
