Housing instability has been identified as a barrier to good health for persons living with HIV in the U.S. Investigators at San Francisco General Hospital's HIV clinic designed a survey of viremic persons living with HIV who are either homeless or unstably housed (HUH), to inform design of clinic services for that population.
