Immunosuppressed patients have impaired ability to generate SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in response to vaccination. While antibody levels may predict risk for symptomatic infection, further data on risk for severe COVID-19 in immunocompromised patients are urgently needed. Now, two studies employ different methods to address that question.
