NEJM Journal Watch Infectious Diseases is seeking one to two Associate Editors who are excellent writers, passionate about communicating the latest advances in infectious diseases to busy clinicians, and can commit to critically reviewing the medical literature and providing insightful summaries with commentary on a regular basis (approximately 16–20 per year). Total time commitment is modest (5–10 hours/month), but timeliness and responsiveness are crucial. We are particularly interested in adding to our expertise in parasitic diseases/global health, mycobacterial diseases, respiratory viral infections, or sexually transmitted infections.
