The choice of influenza vaccines is becoming increasingly complex, with more than a dozen adjuvanted, trivalent, quadrivalent, live-attenuated, regular-dose, and high-dose products approved for use in the U.S.. Head-to-head comparisons of all these products obviously is impossible, but smaller studies might help inform their use.
