In the latest HIV and ID Observations, Dr. Paul Sax talks about some of the studies from this year's Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections that he found particularly interesting. His highlights include trial results that show promising data for once-weekly lenacapavir and islatravir, a study in which risk-prediction tools underestimated cardiovascular event risk in high-income regions, and a study that showed switching to a doravirine-containing regimen was associated with weight loss.
