Doxycycline postexposure prophylaxis (DoxyPEP) reduces incidence of chlamydia and syphilis among men who have sex with men (MSM) but has shown lower efficacy against gonorrhea (probably due to tetracycline resistance in Neisseria gonorrhoeae). Meningococcal group B (4CMenB) vaccination may lower incidence of gonorrhea.
