Immunotherapy combinations, including tremelimumab plus durvalumab, ipilimumab plus nivolumab, and atezolizumab plus bevacizumab, have demonstrated superiority over tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular cancer (HCC) and are considered first-line therapy in that setting.
