As 2010 comes to close, we are pleased to provide Journal Watch Neurology's annual lists of top stories. As was the case last year, we have compiled two lists: The Editor's Choice list represents the 10 stories that we believe are the most important to you and to your practice. This is obviously an extremely difficult task, given that our articles are already selected by our board from dozens of journals for their relevance to practice.
