Despite persistent questions about causality and the confounding of results, this past year has seen the strongest evidence to date of an association between cannabis use and the development of psychotic symptoms or disorders. The studies represent a variety of methodological approaches.
Some studies focused on cognitive impairment in psychiatrically healthy users.
