Maintenance therapy with rituximab (Rituxan) is associated with prolonged progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma after remission-induction chemotherapy or after combined rituximab plus chemotherapy (J Clin Oncol 2010; 28:2853).
