In a prior prospective phase II study of 47 patients with relapsed follicular lymphoma (FL), investigators showed that treatment with nonmyeloablative stem cell transplantation (SCT) after conditioning with fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and rituximab (FCR) was effective at a median follow-up of 60 months (Blood 2008; 111:5530). Now, the researchers report updated results for these patients as well as outcomes for an additional 26 patients who underwent SCT after conditioning with 90Yttrium-ibritumomab tiuxetan, fludarabine, and cyclophosphamide (YFC).
