Dear Readers,

Each year, the editors of Journal Watch Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine choose the top 10 pediatric stories from our published summaries. This year, we again provide three top 10 lists: Top 10 Editors' Choice, Top 10 Residents' Choice, and Top 10 Most Read Online.

In 2011, we will bid farewell to one of our editors, Robin Drucker, MD. A practicing pediatrician in Palo Alto, California, Robin has been a valued commentator and editor. We will miss her thoughtful reviews that always added important practical insights. As we complete a very interesting year in pediatrics and in our healthcare system, we thank you for your feedback and support.
