It hardly seems possible that Journal Watch Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine is entering adolescence as we celebrate its 10th birthday this month. We started as a 10-issue print-only publication and have grown to a 12-issue publication with a strong online presence. We are privileged to have outstanding, thoughtful editors who care deeply about accurately summarizing and commenting on the most relevant evidence-based research. Although our mission remains unchanged — to provide clinicians with a timely clinically useful survey of the pediatric medical literature — the means by which Journal Watch is delivered are evolving constantly.
