Children conceived by assisted reproductive technologies are at excess risk for preterm birth and low birth weight. Previous studies showed that neurological development at 2 years of age was not affected by in vitro fertilization (IVF), controlled ovarian stimulation (COS), or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
