Howard C. Herrmann, M.D., is the John W. Bryfogle Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he previously served as Health System Director and Section Chief for Interventional Cardiology. His research has centered on transcatheter device therapies for valvular and structural heart disease. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Cardiology and received the Master Designation of the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Intervention.
