Dr. Huang is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and a hospitalist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, Massachusetts. As the Director of Assessment at Shapiro Institute for Education and Research at HMS and BIDMC, she provides faculty development and consultation in survey design and educational measurement. Her clinical research interest is in procedural training for internal medicine residents and quality improvement. She serves as a consultant to the Association of American Medical Colleges, an associate editor for MedEdPORTAL, and a member of the editorial boards for Simulation in Healthcare and Academic Medicine. Dr. Huang is a graduate of Washington University School of Medicine. She finished residency training at BIDMC and completed two medical education fellowships at HMS. Dr. Huang wrote for NEJM Journal Watch Hospital Medicine from 2009 through 2017.
