Hyunseok Kang, M.D., M.P.H., F.A.C.P., is Professor of Clinical Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, where he serves as a head and neck medical oncologist. Dr. Kang has focused his career on developing therapies for head and neck cancers, including head and neck squamous cell carcinomas, salivary gland cancers, and thyroid cancers. He has written and served as the principal investigator for multiple clinical trials. Dr. Kang has served on many national head and neck cancer committees, including NRG Oncology and task forces of the National Cancer Institute’s head and neck steering committee.
