GOLD guidelines on managing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) are published annually. Here, we focus on important updates on inhaled pharmacotherapy for stable COPD in the 2025 report. These recommendations also are presented in a recent clinical guideline synopsis in JAMA.
