NEJM Journal Watch Women's Health: Maternal immunization with an experimental vaccine against respiratory syncytial virus didn't substantially reduce neonatal RSV-associated lower respiratory tract infections, but it did provide up to 50% reduction of many clinically important outcomes (e.g., RSV pneumonia with severe hypoxemia).
