Multifaceted Hypertension Control Program Improves Blood Pressure Control

Many clinical trials have demonstrated the benefit of systemic changes in how patients with hypertension are identified and how hypertension is controlled, but long-term data are lacking. In this observational study, researchers describe the implementation and results of a large-scale hypertension program created by an integrated healthcare system (Kaiser Permanente Northern California).
