The FDA recently approved a third integrase inhibitor for HIV treatment. The availability of dolutegravir, along with six other drugs approved since 2006, means that pretty much anyone who takes his or her medications will achieve virologic suppression, says Dr. Paul Sax in his HIV and ID Observations blog.
