Neutrophilic dermatosis is characterized by the presence of a predominantly dermal-based neutrophilic infiltrate, with variable degrees of leukocytoclasia and absence of vasculitis. Recently, a nonbullous form associated with connective tissue disease has been described under different names (nonbullous neutrophilic dermatosis, nonbullous neutrophilic lupus erythematosus, and Sweet-like neutrophilic dermatosis). The authors provide additional information regarding this disease.
