Looking Back
It has been a privilege to be Editor at NEJM Journal Watch AIDS Clinical Care for the past decade, and such a rewarding experience that my departure is the very definition of bittersweet. I will certainly miss many things, in particular working with our superb editorial staff at Massachusetts Medical Society (most recently, Elizabeth Schmidt) and the associate editors on the board. In addition, the mission of NEJM Journal Watch — summarizing the most important developments in a field for the practicing clinician — guaranteed that I always was up-to-date on the literature, which was helpful both in the clinic and when wanting to impress my friends at parties.
