In the meantime, his blog HIV and ID Observations covers a New York Times editorial about a second baby possibly “cured” of HIV after starting ART soon after birth. The case is attracting a lot of attention despite the fact that the baby is still taking antiretrovirals and thus cannot be considered even to be “in remission.”
