Use Chromoendoscopy for Lynch Syndrome

Previous study findings suggest that chromoendoscopy (pancolonic dye spraying) improves detection of adenomas in Lynch syndrome. Based on general consensus, it also improves detection, at least of tiny adenomas, in average-risk patients.

In the current ten-center randomized trial, the order of endoscopists performing a tandem colonoscopy study was randomized, but all 78 patients received initial standard, white-light colonoscopy followed by chromoendoscopy with indigo carmine during the second examination.
