In a few recent studies, educational interventions have improved colonoscopists' adenoma detection rates (ADRs). Now, a recent multicenter study provides strong evidence supporting those findings.
Lead endoscopists at 40 centers participating in Poland's national screening colonoscopy program who had baseline ADR ≤25% were randomized to receive routine feedback on colonoscopy performance or a training intervention.
