In the current industry-funded, phase III trial, investigators assessed the efficacy of a fixed-dose combination of grazoprevir (an NS3/4A protease inhibitor; 100 mg) and elbasvir (an NS5A inhibitor; 50 mg) in treatment-naive patients with HCV genotype 1, 4, or 6 infection.
