Daclatasvir-Based HCV Therapy in Patients with Advanced Cirrhosis or Post-Transplant HCV Recurrence

Sofosbuvir–ledipasvir plus ribavirin has been shown effective for treating hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in patients with decompensated cirrhosis, before or after liver transplantation (NEJM JW Gastroenterol Oct 2015 and Gastroenterology 2015; 149:649).
