Dear Readers,
After more than two decades of providing up-to-the-minute, in-depth analysis of the dermatology literature, NEJM Journal Watch Dermatology is publishing its last issue. I am deeply grateful to have been a part of JWD for more than 15 years and to have worked with some of the best and most deeply thoughtful dermatologic scholars on our Editorial Board. I have also been profoundly impressed with the editorial freedom in which JWD operated, even during its long era of sponsorship; there is not another literature review in my mind with so much depth and so little bias.
