Oncotype DX, a 21-gene reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction assay, provides a recurrence score (RS) in patients with node-negative, estrogen-receptor (ER)–positive breast cancer. This test has been validated with archived tumor samples from completed clinical trials. The Web-based tool Adjuvant!
