Leptomeningeal or parenchymal brain relapse is a feared complication in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). But identifying those most at risk and the approach to central nervous system (CNS) prophylaxis remain controversial.
Now, investigators have developed a CNS risk-assessment model for DLBCL patients by analyzing clinical factors among a large cohort treated in German multicenter clinical trials.
