First-line chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer is either the four-drug regimen FOLFIRINOX (fluorouracil, leucovorin, irinotecan, oxaliplatin) for high functional status patients or gemcitabine plus nab-paclitaxel for older or more debilitated patients.
